Crêpes with chocolate and strawberries

A French speciality with a chocolaty twist.

Ingredients for 4 portions:

  • Delicious LAWA crêpes
  • 200 g chocolate
  • 20 ml advocaat egg liqueur
  • 3 tbs cream
  • 400 g strawberries
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tbs icing sugar


Chop the chocolate and melt it over a bowl of hot water together with the liqueur and cream. Wash and chop the strawberries, mix with the lemon juice, and leave to steep. Heat the crêpes in the microwave or pan. Pour the chocolate sauce onto the centre of the crêpes, fold them, and serve garnished with the strawberries.
