Moisten the Germknödel all over with water, cover them, and heat in the microwave at 600 W.

Cooking time:
1 piece: 1 min
3 pieces: 2 min.
5 pieces: 3 min.

We recommend preparing these in a cooking pot. Place the Germknödel dumplings in a sieve, place the sieve over a pot of approx. 250 ml boiling water, close the pot and leave to steam for approx. 10 min. Ensure the dumplings never come into direct contact with the water.


Germknödel: WHEAT FLOUR, water, sugar, WHEAT STARCH, yeast, margarine (palm oil, water, rapeseed oil, emulsifiers [sunflower lecithin, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids], salt, acidifier [citric acid]), WHOLE MILK POWDER, salt, WHOLE EGG POWDER, flavouring.

Filling (20%): Blueberries (60%), sugar, dried glucose, fructose, water, modified starch, thickener (agar-agar), gelling agent (pectin), acidifier (citric acid).
