Strudel Germis with cocoa cream filling


Moisten the Germknödel all over with water, cover them, and heat in the microwave at 600 W.

Cooking time:
1 piece: 1.5 min.
2 pieces: 2 min.

Follow the appliance manufacturer’s instructions.

Cooking pot

We recommend preparing these in a cooking pot. Place the Germknödel dumplings in a sieve, place the sieve over a pot of approx. 250 ml boiling water, close the pot and leave to steam for approx. 10 min. Ensure the dumplings never come into direct contact with the water.


Germknödel: WHEAT FLOUR, water, sugar, margarine (palm oil, water, rapeseed oil, emulsifiers [sunflower lecithin, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids], salt, acidifier [citric acid]), yeast, WHEAT STARCH, cocoa, WHOLE MILK POWDER, WHOLE EGG POWDER, salt, flavouring.

Filling (15%): Water, sugar, cocoa 6.5% (pure/de-oiled), WHOLE MILK POWDER, dried glucose syrup, fructose, starch, thickener (agar-Agar), gelling agent (pectin).

Instant vanilla sauce: Sugar, modified starch, thickener (carboxymethyl cellulose), natural vanilla flavouring, natural flavouring, palm kernel oil.
