A true Saxon treat that’s simply irresistible. Our Quarkkäulchen are made from boiled potatoes, quark, eggs and flour based on the traditional Saxon recipe. With premium-quality raisins, they’re the perfect indulgence.

Zubereitung:

Pfanne

Heat both sides of the deep-frozen Quarkkäulchen in a non-stick pan with no added fat on a medium heat for 6-8 minutes, flipping frequently. The preparation time will be shorter for thawed items.

Backofen

We recommend preparing these in the oven. Preheat the oven (top/bottom heat: 200°C, convection: 180°C), place the deep-frozen Quarkkäulchen on a tray lined with baking paper, and heat for approx. 10 minutes on the middle shelf. Flip the Quarkkäulchen once after approx. 5 minutes.
