Hefeklösse dumplings

Always fresh. Always LAWA. This Saxon speciality is the perfect product for impulsive epicures. Storing these treats in the freezer will ensure lasting freshness, while the quick and easy preparation makes for optimum enjoyment – be it with sauerbraten or fruit compote and vanilla sauce.

Preparation:
Microwave

Moisten the Hefeklösse all over with water, cover them, and heat in the microwave at 700 W.

Cooking time:
5 pieces: 3 min.
3 pieces: 1.5 min.

Follow the appliance manufacturer’s instructions.

Cooking pot

We recommend preparing these in a cooking pot. Place the unthawed Hefeklösse in a sieve, place the sieve over a pot of approx. 250 ml boiling water, close the pot and leave to steam for approx. 15 min. Ensure the Hefeklösse never come into direct contact with the water.
