Bohemian-style bread dumplings

Our Bohemian-style bread dumplings are practically portioned and easy to heat up via steaming or the microwave. They’re the perfect accompaniment to savoury meat dishes with lots of sauce.

Preparation:
Microwave

Fill the special microwavable steaming pot with approx. 200 ml hot water. Place the dumplings in the pot’s insert, and heat for approx. 2 minutes at 700 W (cooking time for 5 - 6 dumplings).

Follow the appliance manufacturer’s instructions.

Cooking pot

We recommend preparing these in a cooking pot. Place the bread dumplings in a sieve, place the sieve over a pot of approx. 250 ml boiling water, close the pot and leave to steam for approx. 5 min. Ensure the dumplings never come into direct contact with the water.
