Blueberry pancakes

Light and fluffy pancakes with fruity blueberry filling. Not only does this sound like your new favourite food – it tastes like it too!

Pack: 5 pieces.

Zubereitung:

Mikrowelle

Place the pancakes on a microwavable plate, and cover. Heat in the microwave at 750 Watts:
1 pancake: 2 min.
2 pancakes: 3.5 min.
3 pancakes: 5 min.

Pfanne

Heat the thawed pancakes (approx. 30 min. at room temperature) with some oil on a medium heat in a non-stick pan for 10-12 minutes, flipping regularly.

Backofen

Preheat the oven: Convection 180°C, top/bottom heat 200°C. Place the deep-frozen pancakes on a tray sprayed with water, and heat on the middle shelf for approx. 15-20 min.

Follow the appliance manufacturer’s instructions!

Zutaten

Dough (70%): Water, WHEAT FLOUR, WHOLE EGG (15%), sugar, WHOLE MILK POWDER, rapeseed oil, PROTEIN-ENRICHED WHEY POWDER, modified starch, baking powder (disodium pyrophosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), table salt, flavouring.

Filling (30%): Blueberries (60%), water, sugar, dried glucose syrup, modified starch, fructose, gelling agent (pectin), acidifier (citric acid).
